Three simple ways to create a service ticket!

Phone Call

Some people feel more comfortable speaking with a live person when submitting a support request. If this is you, we have you covered. Simply call our support number and follow the prompts that guide you to creating a new ticket.

 

  • Pickup the phone and dial (512) 251-6446.
  • Follow the prompts to create a new support ticket
    Option 1: New Support Request
    Option 2: You have an existing ticket and are working with a tech. 
    Option 3: You would like to pay an invoice or have a billing question.
  • Our dispatch will answer and ask you some detailed questions regarding your issues.
    *Items required to submit a ticket include

    • Your Company Name
    • Your First and Last Name
    • The Best Contact Number to reach you
    • An email address – for Communication and Confirmation
    • A Detailed Description of the issue
  • Once the ticket has been submitted, you will receive an email confirming the ticket has been created.
  • SUCCESS! A technician should be with you momentarily.

Email

Working on the fly and do not have time to make a call? Why not just send us an email. Our system will automatically add your request to your company record, create your support ticket and then send you a confirmation email to confirm that we have received the request.

 

  • Open your email client (All mail clients work)
       
  • Enter in our Automated email: HelpDesk@mavcomputers.com

  • Enter in your details such as a Ticket Title and a Detailed Description of your issues.
  • Send your email just like a normal message.
  • You will received a response email confirming that MAV has received your support request.
  • SUCCESS! A new ticket has been created!

Are you already a Managed Service client? If so, you are already prepped to submit quick and efficient tickets using the MAV MS icon in your task bar. If you’re experiencing an issue we’d love to help!

 

  • Simply right-click on your MAV Cog icon on your taskbar. (by your clock)

  • In the menu, select the “Help Request Form”
  • Fill out the form with all the requested details.
  • Click the send button – SUCCESS!
